1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items purchased from us within 14 calendar days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
Items that have been assembled, installed, modified, or used cannot be returned unless faulty.
Custom-made, made-to-order, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or not as described.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:
You are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
5. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
